An example of fine of up-standing citizens just taking a break from the hustle of life on the steps Grand Central, despite intimidating signage regulated by NYPD, the steps provide a last minute haven for these exhausted individuals. Shocking...but I guess the New York City police force has better things to worry about than a few stair sitters.
